14 days for any printer, part, or supply, and customer is responsible to ship product back.

Warranty:

New or Refurbished Spare Parts:  30 days

New Printers:   New - 1 year return to depot or 1 year onsite depending on the model

Refurbished Printers:  30 days parts only, or return to depot

Remanufactured – As noted in description, 6 months parts only, or return to depot

Recertified – As noted in description, same as original OEM warranty

Supplies: 30 days
